HydraMind Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the HydraMind app, operated by Packplug Inc. ("we").

The service

HydraMind helps you track daily water intake, calculates a personalized hydration goal, and sends reminders. It is a wellness tool, not a medical device: its goals and tips are general guidance, not medical advice. Consult a doctor about your fluid needs if you have a medical condition (for example kidney or heart conditions) or take medication that affects fluid balance.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.

Subscriptions

- New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No payment details are taken for the trial, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends. - After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (monthly or yearly), purchased through Apple's App Store or Google Play. - Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. - Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may change with notice for future renewal periods.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our servers.

Your data

Your hydration history belongs to you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

You can stop using HydraMind and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
